I am trying to return the product I am unhappy with the fit I would like a refund and every time I say the word refund I get no response afterwards. I would just like to return for a full refund the shirts that I don't like the fit on

Nice, a little scratchy.
For some reason, the hi-vis material just cannot be made in a way that is soft like the other shirt materials. No matter who makes them they just tend to be a little more scratchy than other colors.
Fit is nice (as long as they don't shrink up bad) and they'll probably get softer as they get worn out.
