A free hoodie was ordered as part of a Veterans Day giveaway. I have communicated several times via email as no one will talk on the phone. Two of the four different customer service representatives that have answered my emails stated that I should have gotten the hoodie and that they would get it sent out. Still no hoodie and no response from my last phone message and email. As a retired military veteran and first responder nearing the end of my career I had hoped to get behind and support your advertised mission of mental health support. Right now I’m undecided if that will happen.
